Heartsong is committed to responding to a variety of needs and tailoring our services accordingly. Our therapists are skilled in working individually, in dyads, in groups settings, with families, and/or in community facilities and schools.
We are happy to work with you and discuss how our creative arts therapy programming can best meet your needs.
The majority of client programming takes place on Saturday mornings between 9am-1:15pm. We intentionally keep groups small (2-6 members) in order to allow therapists to manage the group needs/dynamics.Read More
Dyads are semi-private sessions with two individuals who are at a similar functioning level. The therapist will facilitate interactions and help develop verbal and non-verbal communication, attention, motor skills, and social skills.Read More
A family session includes the client with one or more family member. Family sessions are often needed to help improve family relationships, model effective communication strategies, and help foster strength based strategies.
Heartsong currently partners with community-based agencies in the Tri-State area to provide the benefits of music and/or art therapy services to individuals with special needs.Read More
