Your family’s health & safety is of the utmost importance to us.
Heartsong has developed protocols for all in-person attendees to follow. Protocols follow guidelines of OPWDD, DOH & CDC.
Each employee, volunteer, parent, client and essential visitor must read, sign and submit our COVID-19 Attestation and will be COVID-19 screened prior to entry into our facility.
We need your help to ensure your family members safety is maintained & needs are met.
*Donations of hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes and tissues would be greatly appreciated
Telehealth
Telehealth is a simple, effective way to receive excellent creative arts therapy from the safety from your own home.
We developed our program in early 2020 when it became clear that our clients were feeling isolated and needed a way to safely connect to others.
Our platform is easy to use, so that therapy time is spent doing therapy versus struggling with technology.
Here are the ways we are keeping you and your family member safe.
For In-Person Sessions, we require the Following
- All visitors to the Heartsong premises agree to:
- wash/sanitize their hands upon arrival
- check in for daily screening, including temperature check and answering COVID-19 questions
- wear a mask at all times
- socially distance as much as possible
